Day 01 Arrival in Shanghai (Accommodation:Majesty Plaza Shanghai

Our guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area at Shanghai Airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Tips: There are two airports in Shanghai: one is Pudong airport (PVG) and the other is Hongqiao airport (SHA). Pudong airport is about 30 kilometers away from the city center. Most of the international flights land in Pudong airport. Hongqiao airport is about 13 kilometers away from the city center. Some domestic flights land here. Airport Shuttle Buses between these two airports are available all the time and it will take about one hour and a quarter, so it is very convenient for clients to connect the flights in these two airports if needed.
Day 02 Shanghai (Accommodation:Majesty Plaza Shanghai

Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. Then for the afternoon activities, please see the following different arrangements for the luxury and standard series. Tonight a memorable a la carte dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.
Tips: As the Mother River of Shanghai, Huangpu River symbolizes and epitomizes the image of Shanghai. Along the banks of the river stand groups of high-rise buildings of exotic style. It has become the must for sightseers in Shanghai.

Shanghai Museum - Well-known as a noted museum of ancient Chinese art, Shanghai Museum has been relocated twice since its establishment in 1952. It is one of the most modern equipped museums in China with an immense collection of ancient Chinese masterpieces of arts, some of which are authentic national treasures.
Day 03 Shanghai - Hangzhou (Accommodation:Landison Plaza Hotel

Take a soft seat train to Hangzhou and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda and the Lingyin Temple (Temple of Inspired Seclusion).
Tips: Qinghe lane is the only old street in best preservation in Hangzhou. It is conferred as the First Street of China' time-honored brands. It survived several dynasties and used to be the prosperous commercial district in Hangzhou. It epitomizes the long history of Hangzhou. Most time-honored brands have done their business here for centuries. Some shops still keep the original way of working. The ancient architectural complex retains the style and features of Hangzhou in Ming and Qing dynasties. Not only can you learn more history about Hangzhou but also it is a good chance for you to enjoy all kinds of Chinese delicacies as well as tea, Chinese medicine and silk products. You are advised to visit on your own this evening.
Day 04 Hangzhou - Suzhou (Accommodation:Sheraton Hotel

Visit the West Lake, the Red Carp Pond and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum. Take a soft seat train to Suzhou and transfer to the hotel.
Tips: Bicycle rental service is quite popular around the West Lake. It is a pleasant experience to rent a bicycle to cycling around the lake on your own. You are advised to rent at the chain stalls with the reasonable price since it can be rent on one stop and returned at another stop if it is a chain stall. Besides, silk is very famous in Hangzhou, you can buy some silk accessories as the souvenirs.

West Lake - located in the West of Hangzhou, the West Lake is reputable for the imposing scenery and the numerous scenic attractions nearby. The circumference is about 15 kilometers. The average depth is more or less 1.5 meters. It is 3.3 kilometers from south to north and 2.8 kilometers from east to west. The Su and Bai causeways divide the lake into five areas: West Inner Lake, Outer West Lake, Yue Lake, North Inner Lake and Little South Lake.
Day 05 Suzhou - Wuxi (Accommodation:Grand Park Hotel

Visit the Tiger Hill, Humble Administrator's Garden and Garden of Master of Nets. Take a soft seat train to Wuxi and transfer to the hotel.
Day 06 Wuxi - Yangzhou (Accommodation:International Garden Hotel

Have a Taihu Lake Cruise including the visit to Turtle Head Isle Park and visit the Li Garden. Take a soft seat train to Yangzhou and transfer to the hotel.
Day 07 Yangzhou - Zhenjiang - Yangzhou (Accommodation:International Garden Hotel

Transfer to Zhenjiang. Visit the Jinshan Temple and the Jiaoshan Hill. Drive back to Yangzhou.

Visit the Slender West Lake, the He Garden and the Han Tomb Museum. Take a soft seat train to Nanjing and transfer to the hotel.

Visit the Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, the Linggu Temple, the Memorial Hall of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's, the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the Gateway to Ming Tomb and the Confucius Temple Area.
Tips: Nanjing is of the subtropical monsoon climate. On average, the yearly rainfall is 1,106 millimeters. There are distinctive features of the four seasons. It is suitable for traveling all the year round, so you can come to visit at any of your convenience. If you happen to visit Nanjing during the Chinese Spring Festival, you can enjoy the Lantern Fair in the square of Confucius Temple, which is held from the beginning to the end of the first month. Hundreds of thousands of patterned lanterns form a colorful ocean. Besides, the 15-day Gourmet Festival is held from Sep 18 each year in the square of the Confucius Temple. It is really a good chance for you to have the appetizing delicacies.

Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum - the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, one of the biggest imperial tombs in China and the Confucius Temple Area. Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is the mausoleum of Zhu Yuanzhang, the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and his wife Empress Ma. It is one of the largest mausoleums in existence. Construction of the mausoleum began in 1383 and boasts a history of over 600 years.
Day 10 Nanjing - Beijing (Accommodation:Crowne Plaza

Take a flight to Beijing and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Summer Palace.

Summer Palace - The East Palace Gate is the first attraction that will come to your eyes when you pay a visit to the Summer Palace. The gate is the main entrance to the peaceful imperial garden. Upon your arrival at the gate, you eyes will firstly be caught by the three big and vigorous characters on the plaque hanging on the gate, Yi He Yuan. It is said to be the handwriting of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The road leading to the entrance with two sculpted dragons playing with a ball was the exclusive way for the emperor.
Day 11 Beijing (Accommodation:Crowne Plaza

Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre.

Forbidden City - In the Forbidden City, there is a building called Junjichu in Chinese, the Office of the Ground Council of the State. It was established during the reign of the Emperor Yongzheng of Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The major officials that were appointed to Junjichu include the Grand Minister of the State and the Secretary in the Council of the State. These officials worked in Junjichu, ready for emperor's orders and assisted the emperor to deal with the military and political affairs.
Day 12 Beijing (Accommodation:Crowne Plaza

Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. On the way back to downtown, drive by the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium). You will see its appearance at a distance.

Day 13 Departure from Beijing (B)
From the hotel you will be taken to the airport so that you can board the flight back home loaded with pleasant memories.
Tips: You are advised to go to Beijing Capital Airport 3 hours prior to your flight schedule. It is about 50 minutes' drive from the hotel to the airport. In general, the traffic is in good order except the rush hours. There is usually heavy traffic during 07:00 – 09:00 and 17:00-19:00 when is the peak time for on-and-off work. Fix a meeting time with your guide beforehand, the guide and driver will transfer you to the airport to see goodbye.
